Warehouse Locations:

Delivery Timelines:
International deliveries are usually completed within 5-8 business days. Deliveries to remote locations may take 8-10 business days, depending on the region. DDP shipping typically requires 8-12 business days, with timelines varying based on location and sea freight schedules. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier scheduling, or unforeseen delays.
Customs Declarations:
We can assist with customs declarations upon customer request to ensure smooth and efficient clearance processes. However, customers are ultimately responsible for understanding and complying with import regulations and duties in their respective countries unless DDP terms are explicitly agreed
Shipping Delays and Notifications

Customer Notifications:
In the event of a delay, customers will be promptly notified via email, which will include an updated estimated delivery date. Tracking information will be made available as soon as it is provided by the shipping carrier, enabling customers to track the progress of their shipments in real-time.
Our Responsibility:
Once the goods are handed over to the designated shipping carrier, Billion Bison is no longer liable for any delays, damages, or losses resulting from the actions or performance of third-party logistics providers, customs clearance processes, or other external factors beyond our control. All delivery timelines provided are estimates and should not be considered binding commitments unless explicitly confirmed in a mutually signed agreement.
Packaging
Standard Packaging:
All mining hardware orders are packaged with adequate protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Each package is thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure it adheres to carrier safety standards. While we strive to meet all estimated shipping dates, these timelines are indicative and subject to change based on operational factors
Power Supply Units and Cabling:
Unless otherwise specified in the product listing, mining hardware orders include the required power supply units (PSUs) and standard cabling for basic operation. If the manufacturer includes the PSU or wires, we will deliver them as part of the shipment. If they are not provided by the manufacturer, customers are responsible for sourcing the power supplies and necessary cabling independently.
Reporting Damage:
If a package arrives with significant external damage, please notify the carrier immediately and contact us within 6 hours. Retain all packaging materials and provide photographic evidence to support your claim with the carrier. Failure to follow these steps may impact the processing of insurance or damage claims.
