Billion Bison Services:
As part of Billion Bison's services to the Customer, we provide installation, configuration, hosting, and maintenance of cryptocurrency mining equipment provided by the Customer (“Your Equipment”), including monitoring its performance and providing electricity, network connectivity, cooling, and related infrastructure and support services required to mine cryptocurrency (collectively, the “Services”).
Initial Steps:
To begin using our Services, a signed agreement is required. This agreement is effective upon acceptance and delivery of Your Equipment to our facility for setup. The Customer must follow the agreed payment schedule. Upon successful payment confirmation, Billion Bison will configure the mining equipment within fifteen (15) to twenty (20) business days from the date the devices arrive at the designated data center. All configurations will meet the agreed-upon technical specifications and standards.
Facility:
This Agreement does not constitute a lease of physical space. It authorizes Billion Bison to host the Customer’s Equipment within its facilities. Billion Bison retains full discretion to manage and operate the hosting facility. While customers are not granted regular access, tours may be granted upon request and at the discretion of Billion Bison.
Uptime & Downtime:
Billion Bison aims to provide an annual uptime of 97%. If uptime falls below this threshold, hosting service credits may be issued based on the excess downtime. Regular maintenance will be conducted per manufacturer recommendations. Any equipment malfunction is to be handled under the manufacturer's warranty terms. Billion Bison shall not be liable for downtime due to equipment failure.
Customer Information:
Upon contract signing, the Customer must provide accurate and current contact and pool configuration information. This includes full name, physical and billing address, email, phone number, and mining pool credentials. It is the Customer’s duty to ensure accuracy.
Customer Duty to Keep Records:
The Customer is responsible for maintaining mining logs, wallet addresses, and pool account information. Billion Bison does not access or manage customer wallets or mining pools and assumes no liability for lost earnings or misconfigurations due to customer input.
Mining Decisions:
Cryptocurrency mining involves financial risk. The Customer bears all responsibility for decisions related to miner purchases, mining operations, currency conversion, and asset management. Billion Bison may offer suggestions but will not make decisions on behalf of the Customer.
Compensation & Delay:
If operations are delayed or suspended due to government regulations, power shutdowns, or external factors beyond Billion Bison’s control, the Customer is not entitled to compensation.
Monitoring Equipment:
Billion Bison assigns a worker name to each connected miner and monitors equipment as far as technically possible. However, since Billion Bison does not access the Customer’s pool accounts, the Customer holds responsibility for verifying real-time performance.
IP Logging & Remote Access Consent:
The Customer agrees that Billion Bison may collect IP addresses and access logs for technical monitoring purposes, in compliance with data protection laws.
Data Privacy & Access:
Access to Customer equipment or data is limited to providing Services and managed according to applicable privacy regulations.
Cryptocurrency Wallet & Earnings Disclaimer:
Billion Bison does not access or control the Customer’s mined cryptocurrencies. Customers must secure and manage their wallets independently. Mining profitability is not guaranteed, and Billion Bison disclaims all liability for changes in mining revenue or ROI.
Repair, Service & Maintenance:
Basic cleaning is free. Repair costs are the Customer’s responsibility unless under warranty. Repairs may be conducted in-house or sent to the manufacturer as per Customer instruction.
Support Requests:
Support must be requested through official channels such as phone or WhatsApp if any device fails to perform according to specification.
Extra Charges:
There are no hidden fees. All service charges are stated in the contract.
Delayed Payment:
Failure to pay within 48 hours of invoice issuance may lead to service suspension without further notice.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Hosting service orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a refund processed within 21–25 business days. After 24 hours, refunds are processed within 90–120 business days.
Modification:
All contract modifications must be mutually agreed upon in writing and added as annexes to the original agreement.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary business information exchanged. This includes technical documents, processes, and data.
Relocation:
Customer hardware may be relocated within the UAE with a 10-day prior written notice. Customer approval is required within 2 days and may not be unreasonably withheld.
Termination:
The Customer must give 60 days’ notice prior to early termination. Billion Bison must give 25 days’ notice in such cases.
Right to Dispose of Abandoned Equipment:
If Customer equipment remains unclaimed for more than 30 days after service termination or suspension and without full payment or instruction, Billion Bison may sell, recycle, or dispose of it.
Return of Devices:
Upon contract completion and final payment, Billion Bison will return the Customer’s equipment.
Liability Exclusion for Unrepairable Devices:
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for Services in the past 30 days. Billion Bison is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or if a device is deemed irreparable by the manufacturer.
Miner Replacement Policy:
If a miner is stolen or lost from a Billion Bison hosting facility, it will be replaced free of charge within 15–20 business days. If the same model is not available, replacement will be delayed until restocked. No other compensation is provided.
Governing Law:
This Agreement is governed by UAE law. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
Governing Language:
In case of translation discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
KYC/AML Compliance:
Customer affirms all payment funds are legal. Billion Bison reserves the right to suspend services in line with KYC/AML regulations.
Intellectual Property:
All trademarks, content, and designs are the property of Billion Bison. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Force Majeure:
Neither party is liable for delays due to causes beyond their control including war, disasters, government actions, or civil unrest.
Service Limitation:
Billion Bison is not liable for service interruptions caused by regulatory changes or infrastructure issues outside its control.
Severability:
If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest of the agreement remains valid.
Non-Waiver:
No delay or failure to enforce any clause constitutes a waiver of rights under this agreement.
Assignment and Survival:
The Customer may not assign this agreement without consent. Billion Bison may assign its rights. Sections intended to survive termination will remain in effect.
Indemnification Clause:
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Billion Bison and its agents from all claims or losses related to service use, legal violations, or third-party disputes.
Device Intake Procedure and Liability Terms:
Upon pickup, Billion Bison will confirm receipt with serial numbers. Within 48–72 hours, equipment will be inspected for condition and functionality. If any unit is found defective or non-functional, Billion Bison accepts no liability and will not provide reimbursement or compensation.
