1. Scope of Service:
Our ASIC repair services include diagnostics, troubleshooting, component-level repair, firmware-related checks, and functional testing. Due to the highly complex and sensitive nature of ASIC mining hardware, successful repair or full restoration is not guaranteed.
2. Diagnosis & Inspec6on Fee:
If the customer requests diagnosis only and does not proceed with repair, a diagnostic/inspection fee shall apply. If the customer approves and proceeds with the repair, the diagnostic cost will be fully included in the final repair price.
3. Repair Approval:
No repair work shall commence without customer approval. Customer signature on this document constitutes full authorization to proceed with repair. The final repair cost shall be determined after diagnosis and completion of repairs, based on the faults identified and repaired. Approval constitutes full acceptance of all risks associated with electronic repair and these Terms & Conditions.
4. Risk of Irreparable Damage:
The customer acknowledges that ASIC repair involves high-risk electronic procedures.
If, during diagnosis or repair, the device becomes fully non-functional, irreparable, or classified as scrap, Billion Bison shall not be held liable for loss, replacement value, or compensation of the device.
5. No Guarantee of Full Recovery:
Repaired devices may not return to original manufacturer specifications, hash rate, stability, efficiency, or lifespan. Partial functionality shall be considered a successful repair unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to repair.
6. Warranty on Repairs:
Repairs carry a limited warranty of seven (7) days, as stated on the invoice, covering only the specific repaired components.
This warranty does not cover:

Any unrelated, subsequent, or future failures

Damage caused by power fluctuations, overheating, liquid exposure, dust, improper use, or
environmental factors -
Firmware changes, resets, or third-party modifications made after repair
All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Irreparable Units:
If a device is determined to be irreparable, the customer will be informed. All applicable diagnostic fees remain payable. Billion Bison is not responsible for replacement, refunds, or compensation for irreparable devices.
8. Parts Replacement:
Replaced parts may be new or refurbished depending on availability. All replaced components become the property of Billion Bison unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Data & Firmware Responsibility:
Customers are solely responsible for backing up firmware, configurations, and data. Billion Bison is not liable for data loss, firmware corruption, resets, or configuration changes occurring during diagnosis or repair.
10. Turnaround Time:
Repair timelines are estimates only and may vary due to technical complexity, parts availability, or external factors. Delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation, refund, or compensation.
11. Shipping & Risk:
All shipping, customs, insurance, and related costs are borne entirely by the customer.
Risk of loss or damage during transit always remains with the customer.
12. Payment & Collection:
Full payment is required prior to device release or shipment. Devices not collected or shipped within 14 days of repair completion may incur storage fees.
13. Abandoned Devices:
Devices unpaid or uncollected for 14 days shall be deemed abandoned. Ownership shall automatically transfer to Billion Bison, which may sell, dismantle, recycle, or dispose of the device to recover costs without further notice. The customer waives all future claims once abandonment occurs.
14. Limitation of Liability:
Billion Bison’s total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the repair service. We shall not be liable for mining downtime, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages.
15. Indemnification:
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Billion Bison from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from illegal ownership, third-party claims, or customs and regulatory issues.
16. Ownership Confirma6on:
The customer confirms legal ownership of the device and warrants that it is not stolen, financed, pledged, or under dispute.
17. Force Majeure:
Billion Bison shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including power outages, parts shortages, customs delays, government actions, or natural disasters.
18. Acceptance of Terms:
By submitting an ASIC miner for repair, the customer confirms full understanding and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
