Power Supply Units and Cabling:

If they are not provided by the manufacturer, customers are responsible for sourcing the power supplies and necessary cabling independently.
Reporting Damage:
If a package arrives with significant external damage, please notify the carrier immediately and contact us within 6 hours. Retain all packaging materials and provide photographic evidence to support your claim with the carrier. Failure to follow these steps may impact the processing of insurance or damage claims.
