Billion Bison is no longer liable for any delays, damages, or losses resulting
from the actions or performance of third-party logistics providers, customs
clearance processes, or other external factors beyond our control. All delivery
timelines provided are estimates and should not be considered binding
commitments unless explicitly confirmed in a mutually signed agreement.
Packaging

packaged with adequate protective materials to prevent damage during
transit.

Power
Supply Units and Cabling:
Unless otherwise specified in
the product listing, mining hardware orders include the required power supply

manufacturer, customers are responsible for sourcing the power supplies and
necessary cabling independently.
Reporting Damage:
If a package arrives with
significant external damage, please notify the carrier immediately and contact
us within 6 hours. Retain all packaging materials and provide photographic
evidence to support your claim with the carrier. Failure
to follow these steps may impact the processing of insurance or damage claims.
